A traditional recurrence with ancient origins which since 1951 has been celebrated by Coldiretti throughout Italy with an event also promoted by the Italian Episcopal Conference (CEI) to give thanks to the harvest of the fields and ask for blessings on new works.
In Casterno this year will be held on January 22 in its first edition.

Here is the program for the day:

- 9:00 am  Meeting of agricultural vehicles and formation of the procession
 
- 9:30 am  Departure from Piazza Garibaldi and arrival at the churchyard accompanied by the Santa Cecilia band

- 10:00 am Holy Mass at the Parish of S. Andrea in Casterno with offer of local products during the celebration; followed by the blessing of agricultural vehicles and refreshments offered for all in the oratory

- 12:00 Special BBQ event at Molino Santa Marta open to all under the mill porch (covered but open, NOT in the internal rooms) .
There will also be stations with braziers  and Swedish torches to keep warm. Special discount reserved for young tractor drivers.

Draft beer, mulled wine, hot chocolate, salamella and sauerkraut, polenta & chili con carne, pulled pork, bbq marshmallow,..
